5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following, and only as needed:
- Service providers (processors) acting on our instructions — including Zoho (CRM, email, recruitment and related business apps), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and our telephony providers for calls and click-to-call.

Some of our providers store or process data outside the UAE (for example on servers in the EU, UK, USA or India). Where we transfer personal data internationally we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with the UAE PDPL and, where the GDPR applies, by using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymised:
- Enquiries that don't proceed — typically up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Clients & transactions — for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by UAE law (including AML records, generally at least 5 years).
- Marketing — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Job applicants — see section 11.
8. How we protect your data
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, masking of contact details inside our CRM, and limiting access to staff who need it. 9. AI and automated processing
We are an AI-native brokerage. We use software (including AI assistants) to qualify and score enquiries, schedule follow-ups, and — where you contact us by phone or chat — to help handle calls and messages. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and you have the rights set out in section 10.
10. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
